Refund Policy

If The Love Gym membership isn't what you needed, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No pitch, no interrogation. Membership is billed monthly by PatientandkindLLC through Paddle, and you can cancel at any time — cancelling stops future billing and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@thelovegym.com and we'll take it from there. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, get in touch within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it. Payment, billing and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy.
Scholarship spots
If money is the reason you'd be off the floor, don't ask for a refund and walk — take a scholarship spot. Same training, same group, same work.
