1. Who you are contracting with

The Love Gym is operated by PatientandkindLLC ("we", "us", "the seller"), trading as The Love Gym. These Terms form the agreement between you and PatientandkindLLC for your use of the website and membership.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use The Love Gym, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and if you are accepting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. What the service is

The Love Gym is marriage performance training for husbands: written training content, AI-assisted Recovery Plans and coaching notes, private Strength Training logs, a personal trainer dashboard, and group Spotter calls. It is training, not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or crisis services. Nothing here is a substitute for professional help. If you or anyone in your household is in danger, contact emergency services.

4. AI-generated content

Parts of the service generate content with AI based on what you write. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and are not professional advice. You are responsible for what you submit, for having the right to submit it, and for how you act on any output. We may filter, refuse, or remove content, and we may moderate, restrict, or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
• submit content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk access, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its content;
• use the service to generate illegal, hateful, deceptive, or abusive material, or to impersonate another person.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

6. Intellectual property

PatientandkindLLC retains ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it — software, training content, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of what you write; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.

7. Payment, billing and subscription

Membership is a monthly recurring subscription that renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep the gym open, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your training records within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is not permitted. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located there. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
